Background-checked Covington technicians · Written pricing
Halo Water Proofing is a KY-licensed Exterior Waterproofing company that treats every Covington job like it's the only one on the schedule.
Every Covington technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Covington crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.

If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Small cracks in a Covington foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Covington customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Covington homeowners connect to a basement problem.
Whatever's going on with your Covington property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.

You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
Every Covington quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.

A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.

Filing a claim can be confusing — we've walked Covington customers through this process many times.
Word of mouth is still how most Covington customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
If a covered repair doesn't hold up, we come back and make it right — no arguing, no extra invoice. That's written into every Covington contract we sign.
